Bad Boy 50 Series Grill Guard (5045, 5055)

This Bad Boy 50 Series grill guard (also called a grille guard) is custom-fit for the Bad Boy 50 Series, including the 5045 and 5055. Each guard is laser-cut from steel in Leesport, Pennsylvania, built to order, and available raw or in powder-coat finishes. It ships nationwide with a printed install letter, and most installs are bolt-on to the existing mounting points.

Which Bad Boy tractors do you make grill guards for?

We build to order for the Bad Boy 10 Series (1022, 1025), 30 Series (3026), 40 Series (4025, 4035) and 50 Series (5045, 5055). Send us your model and year and we confirm the fit before we cut your guard.

Where are FieldShield grille guards made?

FieldShield grille guards are laser-cut and powder-coated in Leesport, Pennsylvania, USA, from 10-gauge steel. We are a small family shop and each guard is built to order.

How much does a FieldShield grille guard cost?

Base price is $199 for most models and $235 for the larger RX, NS/NX, HX, and CK40 series. Powder-coat finishes add $45-$50. Custom laser-cut text adds $50. Card orders add a processing fee of 3% of the order (shipping included) plus $0.30; Venmo and Zelle have no fee. Typical product total is $199 to about $335 before shipping.

What finish options are available?

Raw steel (no coating, no upcharge), Textured Black powder coat (+$45), Safety Orange / Industrial Green / Construction Red powder coats (+$50 each).

How long does shipping take and what does it cost?

We ship FedEx Ground from Leesport, PA. Cost is set by zone and ranges from $22 (local PA/NJ) to $52 on the West Coast, with Hawaii at $85 and Alaska at $97. Adding the Lower Guard with Tie-Down makes it a heavier box and adds $4. Multi-unit orders get a discount: the first guard ships at full rate, each additional guard at 60% of the base rate. Typical delivery is 3-7 business days within the continental US.
