Does my KIOTI CK Series have a 4-bolt or 6-bolt mounting pattern?
KIOTI changed the CK Series front mounting pattern across model years. The configurator asks you to select 4-bolt or 6-bolt during checkout, and we ship the matching guard. Check the front frame brackets on your tractor before ordering.
Is the RX7340P different from the standard RX Series?
Yes. The 2024+ RX7340P uses a different front frame than the original RX. Select your variant during configuration so we cut the correct guard.
Which KIOTI series are in production today?
CK Series (4-bolt and 6-bolt), CX2510, and most DK models are in active production. CS, RX, NS, NX, and HX are confirmed-fit but built on a per-order basis — lead times may be slightly longer.
Does the CK40 guard require drilling to install?
No. The CK40 upper guard bolts to the four mounting holes already in your upper frame, two on each side, so there is nothing to measure, mark, or drill. Four mounting bolts are included. It is a fixed mount, so there are no pivot bolts and no pull pins. If you add the Lower Guard with Tie-Down, it reuses your six factory bottom bolts.
Do you make a guard for the new 2026 KIOTI CK2640, CK3540, or CK4040?
Yes — the CK40 Series guard fits the 2026 KIOTI CK2640, CK3540, and CK4040, including the H, SE, SEH, SEHC and Cab trims. The upper grille guard is $235, and you can add the matching Lower Guard with Tie-Down for $129 in Satin Black or $109 in Raw Steel when you buy it with the upper ($149 and $129 on its own). Both are cut from 1/4-inch steel and built to order. You can configure and buy it directly on our site.

FieldShield grille guards are laser-cut and powder-coated in Leesport, Pennsylvania, USA, from 10-gauge steel. We are a small family shop and each guard is built to order.
How much does a FieldShield grille guard cost?
Base price is $199 for most models, $230 for larger RX, NS/NX, and HX series, and $235 for the CK40 series. Powder-coat finishes add $45-$50. Custom laser-cut text adds $50. Card orders add a processing fee of 3% of the order (shipping included) plus $0.30; Venmo and Zelle have no fee. Typical product total is $199 to about $335 before shipping.
What finish options are available?
Raw steel (no coating, no upcharge), Textured Black powder coat (+$45), Safety Orange / Industrial Green / Construction Red powder coats (+$50 each).
How long does shipping take and what does it cost?
We ship FedEx Ground from Leesport, PA. Cost is set by zone and ranges from $22 (local PA/NJ) to $52 on the West Coast, with Hawaii at $85 and Alaska at $97. Adding the Lower Guard with Tie-Down makes it a heavier box and adds $4. Multi-unit orders get a discount: the first guard ships at full rate, each additional guard at 60% of the base rate. Typical delivery is 3-7 business days within the continental US.
